We offer express postage options/international postage - these are available on checkout.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges - contact us within 5 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery.
Returns from outside the UK - contact us within 5 days of delivery and dispatch back within 21 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original, unworn/unused condition with all labels attached. Any signs of wear/washing/damage other than trying on will not be refunded. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear. As a smaller, independent business we currently do not offer free returns, buyers are responsible for return postage costs (tracked is recommended). Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
Please note, sample pieces are non refundable/exchangeable.
Custom design pieces are not refundable/exchangeable.
For items returned after this time, we reserve the right to return the item to you.

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases, we offer the returns facilities as described in our returns policy. Any items where a fault has been caused due to customers negligence, such as, but not limited too, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered and the manufacturing fault must be raised within 6 months of purchase.
